Nanolabs is a hardware prototyping and software development company. We are a one-stop solution provider for early development stages of hardware products. Our processes cover the hardware design, small-batch assembly, driver, firmware and software interface development. We also offer long-term development as a service for clients that wish to expand their team.
We started out as a team of two students working on sumo robots. The collaboration went smoothly and soon we discovered that our common passion can be extended to help others find solutions to their problems. Thus in 2020 Nanolabs was founded and since then we are actively looking for ways to improve existing approaches and find new ways to solve difficult technical challenges.
Our goal is to build a community of tech enthusiasts who give their all in finding innovative solutions to technical problems. People who are enjoying the process of contouring the constraints and are passionate about finding the best solutions. In our view such teams are most likely to bring fresh ideas to the table while following through with their implementation. By means of our solution-focused attitude we aim to attract projects that are challenging and further fuel the team’s passion.
Technical solutions often deviate from initial ideas, especially in the early stages. We recognize that requirements are evolving and develop flexibly to accommodate these changes. The flow we apply consists of 4 steps.
Define the desired outcome. Work together with the client to pinpoint the problem. Gather information and define key aspects.
Compile the steps to get the desired outcome. Estimate timelines, calculate costs and allocate resources.
Execute the steps to get the desired outcome. Design the hardware, implement the firmware and integrate the system components.
Check if what we got is the desired outcome. Identify points to improve, redefine target and plan for the next revision.
